After completing this activity, participants will be able to:
- Identify characteristics of individuals at risk for ACS and PAD, including the prevalence of asymptomatic disease
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to diagnose and assess patients with ACS and PAD
- Conduct and interpret the ankle brachial index as an evaluative tool for PAD
- Apply evidence-based recommendations to effectively reduce the risk of future cardiovascular events in patients with ACS or PAD
